Change to Licence. 1. The premises licence will now reflect that the licensed area referred to in this licence will now comprise the Strathdearn Shop and Cafe.
2. Layout plans will now reflect a licensed area comprising solely the Strathdearn Shop and Caafe.
3. The licensed premises comprises a traditional village shop selling a range of alcohol by way of off sales and a restaurant/cafe providing restaurant facilites inclusive of a range of alcohol available to customers to consume on the premises.
4. No to conference facilites, bar meals, dace facilities, theatre, films, gaming and indoor/outdoor sport.
5. Change to terms for Children and Young Persons: 'Children of suitable maturity at the discretion of staff, will be allowed unaccompanied to the cafe. Young Persons, at he discretion of the staff, will be permitted..
