Creation of Den Room with fixed seating in the Fun Factory area as particularised on the deposited plan.
Addition of meet and greet counter in the Fun Factory.
Changes to screens in the Fun Factory.
Addition of double door from restaurant into Fun Factory area.
Addition and removal of fixed seating and screens throughout bar and restaurant areas
Removal of one set of steps in to raised restaurant area..
